ROTC LEADERSHIP SCHOOL 2007 |
| NEARC was again asked to conduct an RC presentation to the approximately 250 cadets attending the ROTC Leadership School at LA TECH the week of 6-16 thru 6-23-07. Colonel Bob Mims organized the presentation and gave a brief talk to the cadets on the basics of RC flight and some of the benefits of this hobby. Flying our demonstrations were Mark Townsend, Logan Smith, Shane Smith and James McPherson. Randy Brown, Bob Mims and myself brought planes for static display as did the other four men. The event seemed to be a big hit with the cadets. |
